The DropChain Network is a new Layer-1 blockchain designed for first-time web3 developers and uses.
We are excited to announce the launch of the DropChain Network, a layer-1 blockchain built to onboard the masses into the world of Web3!
The DropChain Network is similar to the Ethereum and Algorand Networks, but it is not a public blockchain. Instead, it's semi-private and aimed at simplifying the Web3 experience for end users and developers.
The DropChain Network functions similarly to a layer-2 blockchain, enabling the import and export of assets to other public chains like Algorand, Ethereum, and Polygon, on demand.
Our goal is to create a safe and accessible Web3 sandbox for newbies to learn about blockchain technology, mint their first NFT, play their first Web3 game, or manage their first assets.
Start building in web3 to enhance your app with all the web3 functionality you'll ever need.
Get Started for FreeEnd users take their first step into blockchain through the DropChain Network, where they can sign into DropChain applications using the DropChain SSO. The DropChain SSO automatically creates a blockchain wallet for the user, ensures they have sufficient gas to use DropChain applications, and takes custody of their private keys. Our mission is to educate and push these end users toward full wallet self-custody in the long term.
Developers use the DropChain API to sign transactions and to deploy and interact with smart contracts on behalf of their application's users. These transactions and smart contracts exist on the DropChain Network.
The DropChain Network is designed for first-time builders and users. It's a safe "walled garden." It's a user-friendly environment where developers can experiment and learn without the high barrier to entry. Developers can add APIs to any framework like Rust, JavaScript, Python, or Flutter. The API can even be added to no-code tools like Bubble, Wix, or Shopify.
DropChain is an excellent starting point for developers looking to build Web3 applications, and we are committed to supporting their growth and development.

Thank you for joining us on this journey toward Web3 mass adoption. We can't wait to see what you will build on the DropChain Network!
